OK, so after a week of slacking, I ready to get hammering again. I had run pretty hard for two weeks but my feet were starting to hurt. Better now and ready for some speed and incline!-Dan Maas
Way to go Dan! The blog looks good. Takes a second to figure out how to use it though, I wonder if there are any config. options we can put in. Well anyway training has been light this week after the Mt. Shavano run. I'm getting ready for some power quarters today (evil grin)... I'm an 800m sprinter... why fight it? :)
Yesterday's Workout:8x400 w/ 15 minutes recoveries (AKA POWER Quarters!)1st on in 65... last one in 56! Giddyup!
Had a great time with Dan and the family this weekend. Three days of 14,000ft+ and just two weeks to Pike's Peak.
